FdNCON began providing design-build services from its Woodstock location in 1994. This company was a logical progression from the initial design-only firm, CAD-CON Consulting Incorporated, which has provided Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil design services since 1984.
Over the years the company has added services and increased or adapted its construction capabilities. In addition to engineering and design support, several areas of special expertise include geothermal heating and cooling, helical and grouted pier underpinning, soil nailing, and compaction grouting.
The company invests the time and resources to maintain the wide range of business and professional licenses, registrations, certifications, and affiliations necessary to support the type of projects undertaken. This ongoing investment instills in the client the confidence that the project can be executed professionally in all phases and at all levels.
